Sema3taw 3an shay esma broken heart syndrome? did you know that some people have actually died from a broken heart?! check this
Now, researchers at Johns Hopkins have discovered that sudden emotional stress can also result in severe but reversible heart muscle weakness that mimics a classic heart attack. Patients with this condition, called stress cardiomyopathy but known colloquially as “broken heart” syndrome, are often misdiagnosed with a massive heart attack when, indeed, they have suffered from a days-long surge in adrenalin (epinephrine) and other stress hormones that temporarily “stun” the heart.

I know a woman who is married and has two beautiful girls. From an outsiders perspective, this woman has an amazing life. Her and her daughters have all the materialistic things anyone can ever dream of. But what goes in their home, cannot be seen by an outsider. Unfortunately, the father is a womanizer. It’s common knowledge that he has many affairs. Even the daughters knw. What sort of message is the mother sending out to her daughters? That cheating is okay? By being quiet about it and not fighting it she is consenting to it. She might as well give him her blessing! How can a woman welcome her husband into her home knowing that he has just come from another woman’s arms?! She might have her own reasons. I am not criticizing her. But i cannot understand it. I cannot comprehend how she is okay with it. A woman deserves a husband who is AT LEAST loyal to her. Why would anyone settle for any less? Why would anyone do that to their selves? Does she not know she deserves better than that? And how can he do that? After all these years of her standing by him through the good and the bad. All these years of taking care of him and his children. How can he? Doesn’t he practice any self control? Does he even have a conscience? Does he even know what that is?! I do not understand these women. I never had and never will.
Gossip. Gossip in my opinion is considered as destructive criticism. We all do it. Some is harmless, but in other cases it can do alot of damage to a persons life. Especially in this society. They criticize you for something not knowing that they are doing the exact same thing. The only difference is that they do it in private. Or they might even sugar coat it and call it something else. Nobody is perfect. Every one of us is flawed one way or another. The way i see it is that its these little flaws that make a person beautiful. Have those people ever stopped for ONE second to think that maybe, just maybe, these so called “flaws” are in them too. They criticize other people not knowing that they criticize themselves! It’s okay for them to do it. But god forbid another person even thinks about the idea of it! I’m not talking about one thing in specific. Why do they do it? Do they criticize other people to conceal their own flaws? To have the attention diverted from them to someone else? Or is it merely jelousy? They do it not knowing that that ONE word said in front of strangers could impact the life of the person who its said about? They say that its constructive. That they make these so called “harmless” little comments so that the other person could be a better person. To improve that other person. Who are they to decide what makes a better person? Whats constructive and what isn’t? Why is it THEIR business. I say work on your own issues before you go on rambling about someone else’s. I once heard a wise man say that if everyone followed their own advice, then they wouldn’t make as much mistakes. People are slaves to reactionary customs! I have alot of respect for our customs and ancient traditions. But many people misinterpret these traditions and everything that is not the exact copy of it is rejected! They cannot think for themselves. Many of them have been raised on contradictions and double standards! They teach their children that if something is not the way they have been taught then its WRONG. Even though that one thing might not necessarily be against their religion or harmful to anyone in any way. My message here is that don’t be too opinionated. Not all criticism is good. Please try to ATLEAST think before you criticize. It may affect a person’s life. You have no idea on how words can have an impact on a person’s life.
